Accurate QC Inspection for Rolls Under 150lpi
LaserQC™ RollScanner is a revolutionary tool for the flexo industry, measuring rolls and sleeves under 150 lpi. Incorporating a precision, high-speed laser scanner, the LaserQC™ blazes along the roll, covering a huge area and delivering precision results in seconds.
Ruggedized for the printing plant environment, the LaserQC™ incorporates the same sophisticated design principles used in the 3DQC Classic™ and the 3DQC Veritas™. Our MicroScan3™ software adds to the suite of powerful analysis algorithms to provide you with the numbers you need as fast as you need them.
The LaserQC™ is specifically designed for coarse cylinders with screen counts of 150 lpi or less. With its large measurement area and high-speed scanning, the LaserQC™ is the tool of choice for analyzing those big anilox cylinders and specialty surfaces, like flexo.
